Where is my monetary gift for participating?

If you completed your interview by phone, please note that it takes 15 business days (Monday-Friday) to process and be mailed.
Your payment will be arriving via FedEx (unless otherwise specified).

If you have requested your gift to be sent to a PO Box, the arrival time will vary depending on region and will be delivered via USPS.

It's been over a while since I did my interview and I still have not received anything. What do I do?

If you have any concerns about your gift, or if it has been over one month since you completed the interview, please call 1-800-789-1346 and leave a message specifying your concerns or questions, your name, the best time to reach you, and your phone number. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve any issues.

I can't cash a check. Can you make the check out to my significant other or family member?

Due to privacy concerns, we cannot make a check out to anyone other than yourself. If you have trouble cashing checks, please let your interviewer know. If you have received a check and have trouble cashing it, please call our hotline and someone will get back to you to find an alternative method of payment.

Western Union: 

I tried to retrieve my money from Western Union, but was told there was nothing for me.

It might be the case that your money was sent, but it can take up to four business days from the date it was sent to be available.

Ensure that you are going to an authorized Western Union agent by looking up locations near you on the Western Union website. https://www.westernunion.com/us/en/home.html

You can also check the status of your money by contacting Western Union. Please have your MTCN tracking number ready.

I was told I had to pay a fee at Western Union. What do I do?

You should never have to pay a fee to pick up money. Ensure that you are going to an authorized Western Union agent by looking up locations near you on the Western Union website. https://www.westernunion.com/us/en/home.html

PayPal: 

I asked for my money to be sent via PayPal, but I have not received an email yet.

An email will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account that was given to your interviewer at the end of the survey. Please check your email account to ensure that mail has not been redirected to your junk mail.

You can also check if your money was sent by logging into your PayPal account. Often, users will be required to "Verify" their account. This can be done through Settings in your account.
